HR Executive ( US)

US HR EXECUTIVE – IMMEDIATE HIRING

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 Years ONLY
Shift: Night Shift – Candidates comfortable with US timings ONLY
Industry: US Staffing
Work Mode: Work from Office

• Only candidates with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience should apply.
• US Staffing / US HR experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
• Canada HR/Staffing experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates comfortable with working from Madhapur, Hyderabad only should apply.
• Good English communication is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle HR operations for US employees.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation and HR records.
• Handle employee queries, attendance and leave management.
• Support payroll and HR reporting.
• Coordinate with US teams and employees during night shifts.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in US Staffing / US HR.
• Canada HR/Staffing exposure will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
