Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and run induction programs for new hires. [1, 2]
• Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee queries, address grievances, mediate conflicts, and support a positive workplace culture. [1, 2]
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases, track leaves, and coordinate payroll/benefits. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles, track training needs, and coordinate employee development initiatives. [1, 2, 3]
• Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, safety rules, and company policies. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in generalist HR or recruitment operations (varies by company size).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, HRIS platforms, and ATS software.
• Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, problem-solving, and high discretion/confidentiality

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
