HR Executive (Warehouse)

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support employee engagement, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling HR activities in a logistics, warehouse, or similar industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, and employee regularization.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and payroll-related queries.
• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
• Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Support labour law and statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee attrition records.
• Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, recruitment, attrition, and employee movements.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Handle any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Good problem-solving and employee-handling skills.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR / MHRM / Graduate in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or FMCG.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Experience in manpower-intensive organizations.
• Candidates with logistics/warehouse HR experience will be preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners can be considered.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
