Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management with practical, industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct HR and HRM classes for students.
• Teach Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development and HR Operations.
• Provide practical examples, case studies and activities.
• Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments and assessments.
• Conduct mock interviews and support students with career preparation.
• Monitor student performance and provide guidance.
• Conduct Soft Skills and Communication sessions when required.
• Maintain student academic records and coordinate with the academic team.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practical HR processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Teaching/training or HR industry experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
