Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Expert with minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment, along with a good understanding of market-based compensation and salary benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with respective HODs.
• Understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Conduct salary discussions and recommend compensation based on market standards, candidate experience, and role requirements.
• Stay updated on market salary trends and talent availability.
• Ensure smooth candidate coordination from sourcing to joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, WorkIndia, and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking and market compensation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.
