Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist – APAC to manage end-to-end HR operations and support employees across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, HR policies, and regional employment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, documentation, and HR reports.
• Support payroll coordination, leave management, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment laws across APAC locations.
• Assist with HR policy implementation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and other administrative activities as required.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Knowledge of APAC HR operations and regional employment practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities and work with cross-functional teams.
