HR Generalist

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：

• Maintain employee database and ensure data accuracy
• Manage onboarding, probation, contract renewal, offboarding, status change and others
• Responsible for organization review, draft circulars and Org. chart
• Handle daily operations including export report, attendance card, documents filling, etc.
• Support the employee relations following legal and compliance requirement
• Focus on workforce process to improve employee attendance and OT
• Support on local governance related (Shanghai residency application, residence permit integration, resident permit & work permit, etc.)
• Other tasks and projects assigned 岗位要求：
• Bachelor's degree or above

2.5-10 years working experience in Related HR fields in manufacturing industry

• Good Communication in both Mandarin and English
• Solid experience in HR system such as SAP, Workday, etc.
• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality
• Working experience in HR shared service is a plus
• Take initiatives to work independently and as part of a team
