HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support conflict resolution and promote employee engagement initiatives.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist in audits and policy updates.

Performance & Development

• Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
• Coordinate training and development programs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Provide guidance on compensation policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
