HR Generalist

Role & responsibilities

1 Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of employees.

2 Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.

3 Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

4 Support payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance activities.

5 Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace concerns.

6 Coordinate performance management, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.

7 Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

8 Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower dashboards for management review.

9 Coordinate with various departments to support workforce planning and organizational needs.

10 Participate in HR process improvement and administrative support activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1 Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 1 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations and Generalist functions. 3 Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

4 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS systems.

5 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6 Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
