HR Generalist

SEGURION SECURITY AGENCY is looking for a reliable and organized HR Generalist to join our growing team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

With experience in HR / Human Resources

Experience in a 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿-𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀

Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave, and personnel records

Familiarity with DOLE and basic labor standards

Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Can work independently and handle multiple HR tasks

Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Recruitment and onboarding of security personnel and office staff

• Maintain and update employee/201 files and HR records

• Monitor attendance, leaves, schedules, and personnel movements

• Assist with payroll-related HR data and documentation

• Handle employee concerns and HR administrative matters

• Prepare HR reports, notices, memos, and other HR documentation

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements

• Coordinate with Operations regarding manpower and deployment requirements
