- Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to work on-site in Ugong, Valenzuela City
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Create HR memos and announcements
- Implement company rules and regulations
- Handle labor and employee relations
- Handle compensation and benefits
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
