Shadowfax Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our People & Culture team. This position provides general HR support across the organization, including employee support, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and other HR functions.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an unpaid half-hour lunch break.

Pay: $22.75/hour

Candidates with a SHRM certification will receive an additional $1.50/hour after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Support benefits and leave administration.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and separations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and special projects.
• Support the People & Culture team with additional HR responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 2+ years of current Human Resources experience.
• SHRM certification a plus.
• Experience working with HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience and ability to meet Shadowfax driver eligibility criteria
