Qualifications:

- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Familiarity with construction workers and site-based personnel is an advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
