HR Generalist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will manage day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and employee administration to payroll preparation, BPJS, and PPh 21. The ideal candidate is organized, firm, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and selection.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor attendance, work schedules, leave, and working hours through the GreatDay HRIS, and cross-check the data with the fingerprint attendance system.
• Prepare and verify payroll data accurately and on time.
• Manage BPJS and PPh 21 administration and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle daily HR administration.
• Support clear and effective communication between the company and employees.
• Assist with other HR-related duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS, and PPh 21 is required.
• Familiar with onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, firm, organized, and a strong communicator.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Experience in the gym, hospitality, retail, F&B, or another operational business is an advantage.
• Full time, work from Canggu, Bali (6 working days)
