HR Generalist

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)

● Ability to work with high confidential information

● Must be adept at problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner

● Must be able to read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information

● Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

● Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality

● Possesses a pleasing and adaptable personality

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitors and processes timekeeping records of direct-hired and agency personnel.
• Facilitates talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manages the pre-employment compliance and onboarding process.
• Prepares hiring contracts and facilitates employee evaluation.
• Maintains employee records and generates personnel-related reports.
• Facilitates employee training, including the required logistics and resources.
• Monitors and facilitates the ordering and release of company supplies; including but not limited to uniforms, IDs, medicine, consumables, and store supplies.
• Supervises the preparation and arrangement of company staff houses.
• Coordinates with the HR Head and other department team leaders to ensure alignment with company procedures and departmental targets / objectives.
• In-charge of HR administrative and clerical works.
• Perform other related tasks as may be required by the management and/or immediate head.
