What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in general HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and records management)
- Knowledgeable in labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ability to handle employee concerns and maintain confidentiality
- Skilled in administrative tasks, documentation, and report preparation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and willing to handle all-around HR and administrative duties
