HR Generalist

About the role

Proactive and hands-on Site HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at our distribution site. This role is critical in ensuring efficient HR service delivery, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and labor relations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations at the distribution site
• Ensure efficient HR service delivery and compliance
• Support recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage labor relations
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with both site-level and corporate objectives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Understanding of HR operations and site-level compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus
