HR Generalist

Location: Ayala, Makati City
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM
Experience: 3–5 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong experience in end-to-end payroll, recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance. Experience in loan, finance, fintech, or startup companies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll and employee records; resolve payroll concerns.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
• Manage HR administration, employee records, HRIS, and employment documentation.
• Administer compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
• Handle or support DOLE cases, SENA proceedings, and employee relations concerns.
• Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Finance and Management on payroll and HR matters.
• Support employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist and payroll experience.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Experience in loan, finance, fintech, or startup companies is a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
