HR Generalist

About the role

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle day-to-day HR operations and support our growing sales, showroom, warehouse, logistics, technical, and admin teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and government benefits
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns
• Ensure DOLE and labor law compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management, manpower planning, and employee development
• Advise management on HR concerns and coordinate HR/Admin operations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of General HR experience
• Experience in trading, retail, construction, building materials, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
• Experienced in employee relations and disciplinary cases
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Supervisory experience is an advantage
