What they need
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support across one or several assigned countries, acting as a key support for employees and managers seeking HR support. They are responsible for facilitating the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, HCM system updates, benefits, payroll coordination, successfully resolving employee relations issues, answering incoming employee and manager queries while ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

- Strong practical knowledge of employment law
- Ability to apply HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Employee-centric and pragmatic approach
- Experience in a Global Matrix environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders outside your direct reporting structure
- Experience with HCM systems
- Ability to research, analyze and solve ambiguous HR problems
- Strong stakeholder relationships
