HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain administrative documentation for TKA employees, including permits, licenses, and employment-related documents.
• Monitor the validity and renewal of TKA documents and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle employee relations and provide support for employee administrative matters.
• Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, employee data, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with government institutions, external vendors, and other third parties
• Support industrial relations activities and assist in handling employee-related issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage HR-related petty cash, including transactions, supporting documents, and reconciliation.
• Ensure all HR and TKA administration processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee relations, industrial relations, or expatriate/TKA administration.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and employment-related regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with employees, government institutions, and third parties.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang, Banten.
