HR Generalist

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee support for our blue-collar workforce in the following HR Functions:

• Training Administration
• Work Pass & Foreign Worker Administration
• Employee Engagement & Company-Wide Events

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for operational HR matters, providing timely support to employees and ensuring HR processes are administered accurately and efficiently.

The role will also support the HR Head in company-wide HR initiatives, projects, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline will have an added advantage. Fresh ITE or Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior HR or relevant experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage. Candidates with relevant experience may be offered a higher salary based on their experience and capabilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working with employees across different levels.
