What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably handling multiple HR functions.
- Knowledgeable with HR Operations; recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, compensation & benefits, and Philippine labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
- Able to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, coordination, and employee relations skills.
