HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities, including employee records, HR documentation, and personnel data.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
• Manage end to end process recruitment activities.
• Support employee relations activities and assist in handling employee concerns.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave, and other HR-related programs.
• Support the planning and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
