HR Generalist

PLACEMENT : Bandung (Work From Office)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and offering letters.
• Handle onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding processes for resigning employees, including conducting exit interviews.
• Deliver training programs for new Supervisors (SPV) and Store Managers, both for local and regional store locations.
• Oversee daily HR administration, such as employment contracts, and internal database updates.
• Facilitating effective dialogue between management and employees to maintain a harmonious working environment (employee relations).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Education: minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology.
• Experience: at least 3 years of working experience in an HR Generalist, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
• Training & communication skills: highly communicative and engaging public speaker with a proven ability to deliver training that are interesting, interactive, and easy to understand for new store leaders.
• Mobility: willingness to travel out of town for training.
• Technical skills: proficient in microsoft office and familiar with HRIS software.
