HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Generalist who can lead day-to-day HR operations, provide sound HR recommendations, and effectively handle employee and management concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male or Female, preferably 30–40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in General HR
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, maturity, and emotional intelligence
• Confident in handling employee relations, disciplinary cases, and sensitive HR concerns
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Ability to work independently and make sound HR recommendations
• Professional and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR investigations
• Manage timekeeping, leave, compensation & benefits, and employee records
• Develop and implement training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs
• Conduct or coordinate employee training, orientation, seminars, and development activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports, policies, memos, and other HR documents
• Provide strategic HR recommendations to management
• Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Identify HR issues and recommend practical and effective solutions
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned
