HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at EZSVS (THAILAND) CO., LTD.' in Yan Nawa Bangkok. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and shaping the overall HR function, ensuring effective people management practices across the organisation. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Providing generalist HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Partnering with managers to address employee concerns and find solutions
• Collaborating with the HR team to identify and implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Assisting with training and development activities for employees

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
