HR GENERALIST

About the role

Provide administrative and support services to the Division Manager in the conduct of performance management initiatives of the Bank. This role involves assisting with performance evaluation processes, managing performance management documents, and supporting related HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute and gather evaluation forms during the conduct of periodic performance evaluation
• Follow up evaluation forms for regularization or promotion of personnel
• Encode performance ratings of personnel based on submitted evaluation forms
• Assist the Division Manager in the planning of performance evaluation and related activities
• Distribute memos on performance-related issuances
• Safe keep and maintain the confidentiality of performance management documents
• Facilitate the promotional process of the SDID for pooling
• Monitor and submit reports for the consolidation of Exit Interview
• Perform related tasks that may be required by the Division Manager and Management

About you

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in Management or Human/Industrial Relations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized work habits
• Sound leadership potentials and human relations skills
• Sense of initiative and ability to work with less supervision
• Adequate level of analytical ability and decision making
• Self-initiative and good analytical skills
