HR Generalist

• We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and recruitment.
• The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing HR operations .

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll consultants.
• Maintain payroll records and employee salary files.
• Ensure timely filing and maintenance of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle Shops & Establishment compliance, renewals, and inspections.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring dashboards.
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, PF/ESIC, leaves, and policies.
