About the Role

Suroskie Beauty is looking for a hands-on HR Manager / HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function and employee lifecycle in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Handle HR operations – attendance, leaves, employee records, confirmations, increments, and exits.
• Manage payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
• Manage performance reviews, appraisals, probation, and employee development.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances, and employee relations.
• Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Maintain HRMS, hiring trackers, employee records, and HR MIS.
• Work with leadership on manpower planning and people-related initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.
• Good knowledge of Indian labour compliances and HR processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
• Experience in D2C, Beauty, E-commerce, or Startup environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
