- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer attendance, timekeeping, leave, and employee information.
- Assist in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
- Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
- Assist in implementing and updating company HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and other management documents as required.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
- Support disciplinary processes and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate separation, clearance, and exit procedures for resigned or separated employees.
- Work closely with department heads and managers on staffing and employee-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
