HR Generalist

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer attendance, timekeeping, leave, and employee information.
• Assist in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
• Assist in implementing and updating company HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and other management documents as required.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and company events.
• Support disciplinary processes and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate separation, clearance, and exit procedures for resigned or separated employees.
• Work closely with department heads and managers on staffing and employee-related concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
