HR Generalist

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, or a similar role.
• Have experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing or payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Experience in handling disciplinary cases, NTEs, NODs, and employee concerns is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HRIS and attendance systems is an advantage.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
