NOW HIRING | HR Generalist
Location: Maadi
– On-site Working Hours: 12:15 PM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off
Salary: 15,000–20,000 EGP, based on experience Requirements
3+ years of HR experience in the call center/BPO field
Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and HR Administration
B2–C1 English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Age 25+

Recruitment and onboarding
Employee relations
HR documentation
Performance management
Payroll and attendance support
HR compliance and reporting
Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
