HR Generalist

Job Summary:

An HR Generalist manages comprehensive human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy compliance. They act as the primary contact for employees and managers, handling the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational culture to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Managing the full employee lifecycle -recruiting, onboarding, changes, offboarding.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and conducting exit interviews.
• Policy & Compliance: Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support payroll processing and benefits administration as needed and assist with performance evaluations.
• Records Management: Maintaining accurate physical and digital employee files.
• Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps, organizing training sessions, and monitoring compliance training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
