HR Generalist

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and check the daily activities and work attendance of employees
• Monitor employee compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate with department heads regarding employee performance, attendance, and work-related concerns
• Handle recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and timekeeping records
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordination
• Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Prepare HR reports, notices, letters, and other personnel documents
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
• Coordinate employee training, meetings, and company activities
• Support employee benefits and government-mandated requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Preferably with HR experience
• Good communications skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to monitor and handle multiple employee-related concerns
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government requirements is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
