HR Generalist

Requirements:

• A Graduate with a Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Human Resource, or related.
• Proven experience in People Management, Recruitment, Payroll, and timekeeping is an advantage
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and designing software (canva, adobe & etc.)
• Area of Assignment: Cagayan de Oro City

Responsibilities:

• Handles day to day Human Resource functions including Recruitment, Employee relation, Compensation & Benefits, and other administrative task
• Check daily attendance of employees, summarize, and make payroll
• Ensure safekeeping of employees 201 files and other confidential records
• Ensure that all employees obeys company policies and code of conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (Preferred)
