HR Generalist

Job Description:

• handles end-to-end recruitment and onboarding - posting jobs, screening, interviews and ensure smooth onboarding
• handles employee relations - acts as bridge between staff and management, resolving conflicts, maintain workplace harmony
• handles performance management - facilitate evaluations, coaching and improvement plans
• handles policy and compliance - drafts, updates and enforce company policies inline with labor law
• handles compensation and benefits - administer payroll, benefits and ensure fair pay structure
• handles training and development - coordinate learning opportunities and career growth
• handles other HR administration - manage records, contracts, organize company events, and other company activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4 year course - Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• With HR license or certification is an advantage but not required
• With 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource or Industrial Relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• With decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Conflict resolution and employee relations expertise
• Organizational skills
• Experience in drafting HR policies, handling disciplinary actions, and managing performance evaluations
• Experience in government remittances, SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefit, 13th month pay computation

Compensation Package:

• Salary commensurate with experience, starting at P20,000 per month
