Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
Experience: At least 2 years in relevant role
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to support the HR & Admin Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment, candidate screening & interview coordination
• Oversee Employee on boarding, documentation & off boarding
• Support Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Employee relations & HR queries
• Coordinate in Performance management & appraisal support
• Coordinate in Training, employee engagement & OD initiatives
• HR records, reporting, policies & SOP implementation
• General HR & administrative coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Good communication, coordination & organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Salary: 80,000/month (fixed)
Conveyance allowance: 10,000/month (fixed)
Performance incentive: 10,000/month (on complying with given KPIs and task)
