HR Generalist

WE’RE HIRING: HR GENERALIST

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION – 60–70%

• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and candidate coordination
• Partner with hiring managers on job requirements and candidate evaluation
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring progress
• Support employer branding and improve candidate experience
• Continuously improve recruitment and selection processes

HR OPERATIONS – 30–40%

• Maintain employee 201 files and HR records
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee requirements
• Support attendance, leave, regularization, and employee movements
• Prepare HR documents, forms, and memos
• Assist with HR policies and employee concerns

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?

• 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
• Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills
• Fast-paced and results-oriented
• Knows how to spot talent beyond the resume
