HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring efficient implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Timekeeping and Attendance: Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, leave applications, and employee time records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, assist in disciplinary cases, and promote a positive working environment.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate 201 files, employment records, HR reports, and personnel documentation.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions.
• Training and Development: Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
• Labor Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
