HR Generalist

Position Summary

LoansOne is hiring an organised, proactive and commercially minded HR Generalist to support its growing Manila team. The role covers recruitment, candidate interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, performance management support, employee records and office coordination. Recruitment is a major responsibility of the role.

Role Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field

·        At least 2 years of practical HR experience

·        Hands-on recruitment experience and candidate interviewing

·        Experience in onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, records management and offboarding

·        Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR practices

·        Strong English communication, organisation and attention to detail

·        Able to work full time from the Eastwood office

Highly Preferred

Experience in BPO, financial services, Australian client support environments, Zoho systems, ATS platforms, and HR reporting/analytics.

What Success Looks Like

·        Maintain a strong candidate pipeline

·        Conduct consistent first-round interviews

·        Provide clear candidate recommendations

·        Ensure timely onboarding and reviews

·        Maintain accurate employee records and HR processes

Recruitment Responsibilities

The HR Generalist independently manages the recruitment stages from application screening through onboarding and provides recommendations to hiring managers.
