HR Generalist

Position: HR Generalist
Location: Dilsukhnagar
Salary: 30-40k
Experience Required: 2+ years as an HR Generalist (essential)
Preferred Industry: Retail Pharmaceutical / Healthcare
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment through various job portals and walk-in drives
• Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees across all store locations
• Maintain a secure and up-to-date database of all employee information
• Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters
• Promote and develop employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal compliance
• Collect and assess HR data for performance management; provide inputs during appraisal and bonus discussions
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on matters relating to leaves, compensation, and grievance resolution
• Provide strategic HR inputs to management for continuous improvement of work culture and employee development

Eligibility & Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential)
• Prior experience in the retail pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRMS software (experience with Greythr preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities across a multi-location retail environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
