HR Generalist

Orro Home is looking for an experienced individual to manage daily HR operations and support the company's workforce needs. We are looking for someone with solid HR knowledge, good judgment in handling employee concerns, and the ability to manage different HR responsibilities efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure company policies are properly implemented
• Handle employee relations and coordinate with department heads regarding employee concerns
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave records, and employee schedules
• Coordinate payroll-related matters and ensure accurate attendance records
• Oversee HR documentation, employee records, reports, and personnel files
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes as needed
• Prepare incident reports, Notices to Explain (NTEs), and other disciplinary documents when necessary
• Assist in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate with management and employees to address HR concerns and improve daily operations

About you

• At least 3–5 years of solid HR experience handling various HR functions
• Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations
• Experience in attendance monitoring, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Confident in handling employee concerns and coordinating with management
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willing to work onsite - Monday to Saturday
