We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Compliance Management
• ESI and PF generation and management.
• Accurate and timely payslip generation.
• Recruitment Onboarding
• Offer letter and appointment letter generation.
• Handling internal hiring processes.
• Managing onboarding and joining formalities.
• Employee Engagement Retention
• Implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction.
• Developing strategies to manage employee retention and minimize attrition.
• Performance Management
• Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
• Attendance Exit Formalities
• Monitoring employee attendance.
• Managing exit formalities, including resignation changes.
• HRMS Management
• Proficient in using HRMS platforms to streamline HR functions.
• Additional HR Activities
• Supporting internal hiring initiatives.
• Contributing to employee-related policy improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of employee retention strategies and attrition management.
• Experience in generating HR-related documents such as offers, appointment letters, and payslips.
• Familiarity with HRMS software and systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
• Local candidates from Bangalore are preferred.
