HR Generalist

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.

Work Experience

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in retail, food service, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions is an advantage.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

• 1). Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
• 2). Familiarity with recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
• 3). Knowledge of disciplinary procedures, including Notice to Explain (NTE), administrative hearings, and documentation of employee violations.
• 4). Knowledgeable in payroll, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
