HR Generalist

HR GENERALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding concerns, complaints, or workplace issues.
• Promote workplace harmony by addressing conflicts and implementing solutions.
• Monitor and address absenteeism patterns, tardiness, and other time-related issues.
• Manage the recruitment process for all open positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth transitions into the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on timekeeping, employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, or related fields, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of HR systems and timekeeping tools.
• Office-based with regular interaction across departments.
• Some work may require travel between company sites.
• Willing to be assigned in Tangub, Mandaue City.

Pay: Php17,702.50 - Php20,000.00 per month
