HR Generalist

Core Responsibilities

HR Generalist Functions

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration
• Assist in employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Learning and Development

• Conduct training needs assessments and administer workshop evaluations
• Coordinate training and development programs & maintain learning record

Organizational Development

• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture-building programs
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Participate in organizational change and improvement projects

HR Reporting

• Prepare HR reports on hiring, attrition and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field
• At least 3 years of HR experience, with exposure to Organizational Development
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, learning and development
• Strong communication and time management skills
