The Role You'll be at the heart of the HR function, covering:

• End-to-end recruitment coordination, including organising and running walk-in hiring drives
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate employee attendance records
• Processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing statutory compliance and insurance-related administration
• Providing broad HR and general office administrative support
• Assisting with workforce matters for both local and foreign employees

What We're Looking For We're looking for a well-rounded HR professional ready to make an immediate impact:

• A minimum of 3 years' HR experience, with 5-7 years preferred
• Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is a key requirement for this position
• Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial setting
• Self-motivated and able to manage your workload with minimal oversight
• A strong communicator who is eager to keep developing professionally
