HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Generalist to support the effective implementation of human resources policies, programs, and initiatives. The successful candidate will handle various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Selection: Support the Talent Acquisition for recruitment especially the job posting and other coordination of hiring recruitments.
• Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate new employee onboarding, company orientation, and completion of pre-employment and employment documentation.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote positive employee relations, assist in disciplinary matters, and support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance evaluation, probationary assessment, and regularization processes in collaboration with Department Heads.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development activities, and monitor employee training completion.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and updated employee records, prepare HR reports, and ensure proper documentation of personnel transactions.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, attendance monitoring, leave management, and other compensation-related activities, as assigned.
• Labor Law Compliance: Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• HR Programs and Initiatives: Support employee engagement activities, organizational development initiatives, and other HR projects that contribute to employee productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential employee information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on multiple HR responsibilities.
